Finished reading: Neuromancer by William Gibson 📚
I was recommended this on one of the socials and figured it was about time to get around to it. As the ‘first’ “cyber” sci-fi book it was well-written and despite being conservative in its predictions for the future, many of these time has proven to be accurate. The pace is reasonable, but by the end it felt a bit like one short story without many offshoots - I’m not complaining; perhaps I’ve read too many books whose author tried to fill the pages with unnecessary side stories. Worth the read, but probably not one I’ll come back to too often.
